Green lightning shrimp. This was the first time I tried it, and I subbed Italian parsley for cilantro. They were really good.  I served them as an appetizer while everything else got happy.

I grabbed some grouper from the Fresh Market. I haven’t made fish a lot. This was w  olive oil and Everglades Fish and Chicken. It was ok. I think I overlooked the filets a bit. I need some additional instruction from @bgebrent so I nail it the next time.

Steak is my wheel house these were some Prime NY strips from Freah Market. I like them a touch more rare but I can’t complain. SnP w some Jess Pryles BLACK.

Sides were roasted radished and cauliflower. Hello all you Keto bastards.

Plated.

    Yeah! Looks good from here!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Thanks @bgebrent.  I think I need to just keep a better eye on it next time until I can get to the Nicole School for Fish Excellence.  The green lightning marinade/butter finishing sauce would be really good and just about any fish.

Dang- that is upping your game big time.  Great cooks and outcomes right there.  I would crush it all but I'm just a sailor.  (Since I'm a sailor-money shot for the win!)
Seriously, you really brought home quite a spread.  Congrats.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I'll always vote for a nice plate of steak, shrimp, and grouper!
