Wagyu and Lobster - Simple Saturday dinner

SRF Black Grade Wagyu Beef Tenderloin pieces and a few Tails.  Add them together and what do you get?  A nice simple surf and turf Saturday night dinner.  Lobster basted with melted butter, beef seasoned with Longhorn Steakhouse rub (delicious).  400 degrees for a few minutes per side.  The kabob forks make turning so easy.
