BBQ Fried rice...

Morning All:
Tonight's menu was to be fried rice so I decided to make BBQ fried rice (using BBQ sauce instead of soy sauce & hoison sauce)...all the ingredients in place...rice, my BBQ sauce, bacon grease, chicken, eggs, carrot, onion, green peas, sesame seeds, cashews, bacon bits, roasted garlic...
First sweat the onion & carrots along with the roasted garlic, then cooked the eggs...in the bowl ready to go back once the rice is ready...
Everything is in the wok getting happy together & almost ready to be served...
The much better half also did some egg rolls...my bowl looking good...
Only "complaint" is I didn't add quite enough BBQ sauce otherwise EXTREMELY tasty!!!

I love fried rice on the Egg or stove, cashews, green onions and toasted sesame seeds are tasty additions. Heck, add anything that teases your fancy.
