Just rubbed with some evoo and s/p. Threw it next to the bird for the final 20 minutes or so. It was different from roasting it in the oven but still turned out good.Jackh said:How did you prepare the cauliflower?O-Town, FL -

I didn't use any wood and the lump was RW, however it did pick up on some smoke flavor for sure but was pretty good.MaskedMarvel said:
