Planked Salmon, Shrimp and Asparagus. Shrimp was brined, brushed with a mop of butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, shallots, etc. Added some Rosemary and Thyme on top. Soaked planks for an hour, preheated for 5-10 minutes, flipped, added the food. 425 or so, raised direct, 15-20 minutes..
