Some nice steaks for tonight and chicken for a few days . I always pre cook for a few days to save on time . Steaks done on the small with dizzy pig red eye . Chicken on the large with dizzy pig shakin the lemon tree . Both were delicious ! My eggs never let me down . Haven’t posted in some time but haven’t stoped following along . Combo table build will be starting soonish . Cheers
