Why can’t I find a new design Blackstone Stainless anywhere

Do they even make the new design in stainless?  Amazon, BBB, Wal-Mart, Home Depot all seem to show only the old design in stainless, some show the new design in black.  Blackstone site doesn’t seem to even address the issue.  Seems kind of backwards.

    I also haven't seen them yet. My guess is they need to sell the existing inventory before they launch a SS version with rear grease trap. It seems (not a scientific double-blind study) that most do not go with SS, thus it may take a bit to run through the inventory. I very much doubt they will keep both designs long term, as that would not make sense from a production parts/supply point of view.

    All that said, I'm quite happy with the side grease trap design.
