Tri Tip and Flameboss 300 Maiden Voyage

My first FB 300 cook was a success!
Decided to reverse sear a Tri Tip using a half moon ceramic stone. Pit and meat temp were spot on.
Oakridge Santa Maria Seasoning and Post Oak.
Pulled at 120 to sear.

    Nice.  Have  you ever run a Guru?  Curious as to how the ability to modulate fan strength v. the rather binary off/on (@100%) cycle of the Guru compares.

    I have the CyberQ. I was having more frequent control issues with it which is why I decided to try the FB. So far so good.
