First Overnight Pork Shoulder with Flame Boss

So I got a Flameboss 200 (didn’t see the need to spend the extra $100 for the 300 just to get multiple probes, but I may regret that some day). 13lb (untrimmed) pork shoulder with dry rub. On at 11:00pm and off at 11:00am the next day. Came out amazing!
