Cooking @The_Buffalo Pt. 2: Triple Buffalo Pizza - steak, tomatoes, mozzarella

I was considering naming this pizza @The_Buffalo Threeway. But no, just no. On so many levels. :D:D:D

Anyhoo, this was a pizza with some flash fried buffalo minute steak, buffalo (aka heritage) tomatoes and proper buffalo mozzarella. Garnished with some basil which might have, at some point, been near a buffalo. I used the new pizza dough again, this pie was made from a batch that was frozen and defrosted during the day.     Great looking cook and nailed that finish.  I would inhale that.  Congrats.  
    Since the buffalo has a thing against shaving and related posts maybe weave that thread into your next buffalo themed cook and see how things go  ;)
