OT - Props to Concave - Warranty Replacement

I've had a Concave Carve & Serve board for a couple years now. It just started recently developing some small cracks on the joints of the boards. I reached out to their CS. They asked for a picture, and already sent a replacement. I received it yesterday. I love it when a company values it customers in this way!
