Blues Hog Lump

Just picked up a bag today gonna go ahead and give it a try. So far I’ve experimented with BGE Brand and Royal Oak. BGE isn’t bad but Royal Oak well ... not impressed tons of small pieces. I’ll report back later on tossing some Spare Ribs on.

Welcome aboard! Just so you know Royal Oak makes BGE lump. Rumor has it that RO also makes Blues Hog hump. RO also makes many of the private labels lump as well.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.
So you are aware, lump discussions here are a lot like religion and politics elsewhere.  ;)

I tried some Blues Hog and was happy with it but it wasn't better than Rockwood and it cost about the same per pound.  Rockwood is actually cheaper if you buy it at Ace Hardware with their coupons.
