Cauliflower Crust Pizza - Perfectly Cromulent!

Different texture from regular pizza; very delicious. Tomato sauce, green olives, red onions, pepperoni (NY style) and tex-mex cheese. 

Sadly, not cooked on on the Egg.

I have an admission.... My wife made it. Was ready when I got home. Was/is (as I’m currently on seconds) admittedly pretty great.

Looks great and I'm glad for you.  My wife has tried two different recipes for that and while they both looked great (and one even smelled great) I couldn't even swallow one bite.  Granted I don't like Cauliflower, but man, once the taste hit me I had to spit it out.  Just couldn't handle it.

That looks really good. I tried cauliflower mashed potato substitute once and really did not like it, but might have to cauliflower pizza a try!
