Leftover beef ribs

Did beef ribs on Sunday and they turned out pretty good. But had half of it leftover. Saw several grits pics last week and even burnt ends and grits. Thought that was a great idea. So I took the leftovers and made a ragu out of box wine and a few veggies. Served over sharp cheddar polenta and it was delicious. Not bad for Monday night leftovers. Thanks for the great ideas everyone!
