Salmon,Maters n Broccoli

Salmon rubbed with Tsunami on a plank and cherry maters hit with EVOO, balsamic, SmP, fresh thyme,oregano, rosemary on a pkank. Once it was close to done I added goat cheese and fresh basil.   Somebody here posted the tomato plank before but for the life of me I can’t remember who but thank you    




And my sloppy cut salmon with SV broccoli n shallots and the cedar plank maters

Those tomatoes on the plank with the cheese and herbs looks amazing, as does the salmon. I need to try that with the tomatoes.

Love it.  I cook salmon on the egg about every two weeks. My second most common cook behind burgers.
