Looks great! Man I love the Walkerswood stuff. They have a mild one I saw in the grocery store the other day. It's still gonna be the original for me though. Love the heat. Gotta be careful though! That pasta looks awesome too!

Love jerk pork chops! And Walkerswood. Gotta make some pasta salad - your's looks mighty good!
For anyone else who needs to watch their sodium intake, WW hot contains 810mg per tablespoon, mild only 210! However, Mild is an understatement! Flavor's good, but NO heat at all. What I like to do is finely chop a habanero or two (since I've never even seen a Scotch Bonnet around here) and mix it in with the mild WW. Add as much heat as you want, enjoy the jerk flavor and keep the sodium under control.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
