Weekend Cooking on the Egg....Tomahawk and Pizzas and a Happy Dog

Decided to try out a Tomahawk Ribeye this
weekend. Went and checked out the Market Street in Lewisville, TX on
Saturday. Never been there but they had a good selection of meat and
other stuff (their strawberry muffins are really good as well). I
actually live in Mansfield and I know they just opened one up there but
haven't been yet. I work in Carrollton so this was a little closer for
me on Saturday. Plus I was bored at work lol. Anyway, cooked at about
250 until IT was 110 and then 600 degree sear for a few minutes as
well. Turned out really great. Sorry for no Money Shot but the SWMBO
and I were too hungry. My old man basset hound approved of the bone. Sunday, was pizza day. She had gotten me the
peel and the stone last year for my birthday but I haven't used them
since the first disaster of burnt pizza dough. This time was
different! Used Bobby Flay's dough recipe and homemade sauce and they
turned out great! Thanks for looking! I've been an Egg owner in North
Texas for about 4 years now and hopefully I'll be posting more often
