I have really gotten a thing for charred veggies lately. As of this morning 19 lbs down and counting.

Great Cook. Nothing like calorie math. I used to track everything that went into my mouth on MFP — most effective weight loss program ever. And easy to “shoot” barcodes on foods I didn’t prepare myself. keep it up!!
