I've got about 2-3 lbs leftover from yesterday's dinner. I want to cut up some and save it for chili. Whats a good way to reheat some for dinner tonight?

Microwaved on low-power in a zip-loc bag and/or plate covered in plastic wrap works good too. For years I scoffed at reheating leftovers in the microwave until someone told me to turn the power down.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

Put in ziplock freezer bag and drop in 160F water for about a half hour.

I went with the burnt ends. Covered in sauce and baked at 350 covered for about 45 min, then took the foil off and let it go a few more minutes. They were really good.Franklin, TN
