Very interesting. I've never seen that cooked before.I've done stuffed bell peppers and they turn out great.Please post the finished cook photos and how they turned out.

@GregW. I used cased hot sausage links, cut them open and then stuffed. Only used cased because they were extra in the freezer.
@steel_egg Grew up outside of Erie and transplanted around WashPa a few times. Finally settled in south of Robinson Twp in McDonald. The first time I had stuffed peppers though was outside of Puxy in Clymer PA, it’s not an Erie-thing as far as I know.
