First turbo pork butt...Success!

Cooked my first pork butt turbo style at 350*. Also used Rockwood, another first, from stlcharcoal. Best so far!

@unoriginalusername - along with the enjoyment of a protracted cook at somewhere below 300*F you cannot place a value on the associated SWMBO eggscape time. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
