    I like the setup you have. Maybe one more table just for a work surface.  I like the wheels, you can configure it anyway you want.

    I was thinking on the work surface that I doubt I will be using the Mini Max and Mini at the same time. I will just take one of them off the table. A buddy of mine owns a machine shop. That is who built the black metal stand. He added a long hook to hang hot grates. With the location that my eggs sit I would love to build a cover/roof for me grilling in the rain. I’m limited with stone steps, concrete, brick, over hang and fence. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks
