Sam’s Club Tri Tip
tis is my first try tip and reverse sear. Not to bad but slightly overdone. 
Sorry pics are out of order. Did 250 raised direct until about 115it then seared at about 500 for about 4 minuets per side. Thanks for looking and the comments in advance.
