Ranch dipping sauce with gherkins

I made some homeade ranch dipping sauce to go with some salt 'n' vinegar wings. SWMBO thought that the addition of some gherkins to the mix would kick it up a notch and more capably match the wings. She was spot on, as usual. Recipe in the link below:

It also went well with carrots, celery and tortillas. And cod goujon.
