firet time trying AB’s pulled Pork. Did the brine last night, 8 hours. Also prepared the Egg (last night) for the S/L; all cleaned out and piled high with RW. Started the Egg at 4am, while it came to temp I seasoned the 8.4# Bone in Butt. Egg was ready for the Butt at 5am. Will follow up as the day rolls. 

We are expecting bad storms don’t think that will change the cook time just will get the cook wet.  ;)
