We picked up at Sam’s club something labeled Pork Ribeye Steaks, which I’ve never heard of, but they were cheap looked good and so I grabbed them. Cooked them tonight to 135 seasoned with a little salt pepper and garlic, and rested for 5Min before slicing They were truly the best pork chops I’ve ever had, can’t wait to buy these again. If you come across these give them a go, at $1.45 per lb you can’t go wrong.

Nice. I enjoyed one at Talbott's in Bardstown, KY when we did the Bourbon trail this spring. They do a char grilled pork ribeye with bacon marmalade. Melt in your mouth tender.Michiana, South of the border.
