Doing a couple varieties of wings.  The first using Hot Chicken rub, the second using @Killit_and_Grillit rub (thanks again). Can't wait!

Hmmm. I’ve only used that Hot Chicken on fried chicken. Now that you say it, that might be pretty good.

Wow!  We loved all of them, we split each version in 2 and went with a Buffalo sauce to mix it up!  My top was the @Killit_and_Grillit with the Buffalo sauce my wife loved the dry rubbed Hot Chicken.  Looking forward to digging in to the rest of the box.

Glad you enjoyed it! That’s pretty much how it goes at our house. I like them dry, my wife likes sweet Thai sauce, guests will want buffalo, etc. 

I need to try that hot chicken one on some wings now. I think Saturday just became wing night.
