No more than 140*F for the tenderloin-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

For real?  It’s been on for like 30 minutes around 200 temp and is already at 130.

Thanks dude I was waiting for you permission.  I found it odd that it was already at 130 in such a short amount of time. Really no need to be a douche.  Enjoy the rest of your day.

I cook them direct at around 325, flipping frequently and cooking to about 145 internal temp.  Tons of good marinades on the web, or you could do the old faithful and basket weave with bacon.

140 internal is perfect. It is a nice quick cook. Usually less than an hour at 250 dome temp. Good luck

Tenderloin has no fat, very lean.

You could smoke it. It’ll taste like crap and be dry. I cook to 130 and sear it like a steak
