Dropped my Haegerstone pie dish putting the bottom dough in to chill yesterday morning.
It shattered and I yelled a profanity so loud it woke my hard sleeping son up. Was so pi$$ed I threw the other dough disc away too, and shut it down. Then made a pizza pie for lunch.
Ordered a new pie dish today, placed the strawberry rhubarb filling in the freezer for another day. I'll get back on the horse soon. The prep work and finesse with these dessert dishes(dough and fillings) on the egg is a fun and rewarding cook.
