Tired of having to fire up a lot of lump just for 1 steak or a small batch of anything? Me too. Don't know why it took me so long to think of this. Actually, it was my "future plaintiff"who was always saying to just fire up the baby Weber. Well, this worked great and snuffed right out at end of cook. I hope this helps someone.
