Whole tenderloin breakdown

Brought home a 6.5# whole beef tenderloin.  I don’t enjoy breaking these down, but my thrifty side won the day - $10.99 whole or $19.99 stripped and cleaned-up a bit.

Pulled out the choicest filets for tonight’s anniversary dinner.  Gonna grill the filets, top them with butter poached lobster tails, then smother all with bernaise sauce.  Mashed potatoes and a Duckhorn Cabernet round out the meal.  Yup, that’s the plan.

All cleaned up.
