Ice cubes on pizza dough?

    Haven't heard of this before I didn't actually read the article but it seems like a weird concept. I mean I guess in a way it would make since because the bottom would get the heat and get crispy while the ice would keep the top cool and soft but to me it it would seem like the ice melting and putting water over top of the dough would make it mushy before it could evaporate. I would love to hear some first hand experience of seeing it/doing it and eating it afterwards.
