Jealous! But I kind of like living indoors.... I find myself having less tolerance for the BS of corporate America. Oh well, I have a good job and can pay my bills so I am better off than most.

190F for 2 hours @ 250

3-4 hours would be better.  Mickey-ish tenderloin.  Trust me.
