Fajita-Style Marinated Skirt Steak

I enjoy the long process of putting together an Adam Perry Lang recipe.  So followed one of his recipes from Serious Barbeque yesterday for this.  My daughter asked for tacos, so I added this to our dinner as well.  Thanks for looking!

This is the recipe, it calls for Flank Steak, but the Skirt Steak worked great!

The flavors were fantastic, It was worth the effort.

Thanks!  I didn't make the sides, just threw the meat on a plate with a couple of beef tacos and corn.  Not much to look at, but sure was tasty!  

Lots of leftovers to reheat via SV and do it up right next time.

Definite worth it!  I received my Large in 2010 as well, got a Small a year later!  I have been going through APL's book ever since.  It is well used.
