13.5 lb prime brisket from Costco on a Med eggn. Low and slow for about 12 hours. Smoked unwrapped through the stall, then FTC
Only sliced a bit for tasting. The pics don’t do it justice. Juicy and tender.

Great cook. Congrats.
The MBGE and brisket must be a thing this weekend. Most eggcellent.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Thanks! The brisket breakfast tacos will be amazing. Drank too much during/after the cook and slept in. lolLlano, TX - Med and XL BGE’s

Cold sliced the rest of the brisket. It’s just my wife and I, so to eat an entire brisket, we have to get creative. Tacos, sandwiches, chili, beans, etc.Llano, TX - Med and XL BGE’s -
13lbs for you and the wife. Love it!
You can find great deals on prime at Costco from time to time. Just scored one a few weeks ago. Good looking brisket my friend!

Outstanding! I do love my medium BGE....next you need to consider a mini max!Sarasota Fl. and Lake Toxaway N.C. (and Novembers on the island of Kauai) (and April in France.... Don't hate on me for that)

Looks great, haven’t done a brisket, yet.

No, @DoubleEgger , I did not. It fit much better than I thought it would. I had to scrunch up the middle a bit, but didn’t need a brick or s/s bowl. Had both options ready though.Llano, TX - Med and XL BGE’s
