Stuffed Pork Loin

First attempt.  Got the mesh from local grocery meat department. Fresh breakfast sausage, bread crumbs, cream cheese, Granny Smith apple for the stuffing.  EVOO, bread crumbs, salt & pepper.  Refrigerator overnight  cook tomorrow.  Results to follow
