    I really want that new chimney cap.  It looks like a much simpler system.  I have the smokeware stainless one, and it's ok, but the new one looks intriguing.  When are those going to be available?  Edit - looks like the end of the year

    What exactly is a woo and the ash basket. Also, I keep seeing you guys with different “plate shields” all I have is the standard plate setter with the legs”.

    I am sad that they copied many of Toms ideas.   I have owned his stuff for a good while now and can attest to its quality.  You can bet that Toms stuff will be more affordable and there will be service after the sale.
