    I can see complaining if you got a damaged item....but no yours was perfect?  WTF?  Be happy about that.

    My issue with amazon is in the soft mailers they are using now to send out books.  I still order cookbooks - I like collecting them.  These expensive books come with the corners all banged up.  I'm not going to make a warranty claim over it, but is is annoying.  #firstworldproblems

    I thought of this thread when I got my 2 1/2 inch large cast iron pizza pans.
     The box also contained a book, and a DVD. That’s it :-) 



    Same here, box was destroyed, a little shocked at the lack of normal packing.
    I just got the same pan from Amazon.  Same size shipping box as yours, just had a few of the plastic air filled pillows.  Box was pristine without any marks to indicate it had been shipped.  I guess I got lucky with the folks that handled mine.
