I was lucky enough to find these at the store today.

They are definitely the best looking steaks I have found in a long time.

They are approximately 1 1/2 in thick . The boneless ones are a little over 1 pound each.

You should slice those to 1/2”
and delete your account.

They are a little thicker than I would have preferred, but they were already cut in the case and the marbling was too nice to turn down.

They were graded prime.

I hope I can do them justice and not screw them up.

Those are for real Prime - look fantastic!

You can't go wrong with reverse sear - almost foolproof.

The counter was full of prime steaks, but none of the others came close to the amount of marbling in the 3 that I selected. I've never seen any that nice before in that store. 

I did the reverse sear on these due to the thickness. They really turned out the best I've had in years.
