Morning All:

While at Publix yesterday decided that I wanted a boneless pork chop for dinner today but all they had were only 1" thick or less so I asked the butcher to cut me a couple that were at least 2" thick...brined them for about 2 hours this afternoon then covered with Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle rub...ready to go on...


added three ears of corn (2 for me, 1 for Kathy)...brushed these with melted butter with some Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree rub...cooked direct at about 350 dome temp...almost done...


Made for a very fine Father's Day dinner, chop was super juicy & corn was delicious too...my plate...


Oh yeah, a piece of the fruit pie for dessert...


Good eatin' in the neighborhood!
