The Cumming GA store had these at $12.99 a lb for father’s day. I had never seen them there before and they had a lot. Got me a 2.6lber.

You are in for a treat. Great eats await.
They have been available here for a few years (same price point this week), but no Costco SRF briskets in these parts.

You going to reverse sear or SV then sear?

Thinking hot tub around 105 then reverse sear. I want a little time to get some smoke.

The Costco in Brookhaven (outside Atlanta) ran out.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll head their tomorrow.    I'm shocked the anti-blade tenderizers haven't crashed this party!

@SmyrnaGA - with luck you can even finish caveman direct on the lump.  Great value right there.  ;)

Locally, Sam's Club sells those (but just Angus...not prime).  I've never understood the draw.  If I'm going to cook bone-in rib eye, why would I want to pay extra for an extra portion of rib bone?

The Costco in Dunwoody (north of Atlanta, GA) Has at least 40 packs. However, they are packed two per package.

Why not just buy a boneless ribeye roast and carve your own steaks? I can’t see paying for bone that isn’t edible and adds no flavor.

I've been tempted multiple times to ask the Costco guys to trim fat etc. Paying for waste. I wonder what the policy is.

I bought 3 last weekend. Reverse seared.  They were fantastic!
