First Pizza on XL

Hey all, happy Friday.

This was my first pizza attempt.  Dough was the Roberta's recipe, using Caputo 00 flour.  Toppings were onions and olives on one pie, and onions, olives, and Italian sausage on another.  Sauce was immersion blended San Marzano tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, and salt.

The AR rig is an early father's day gift from my wife.  I cooked the pies at about 550 dome for 10 minutes apiece, after letting the stone heat up for an hour.  Setup was Woo in the raised position, then the XL grate, then the AR rig, with the 17.5" stone on top.

The pizza was great, especially the crust  Next time, I'll go easier on the corn meal or use flour on the peel.

Pay no attention to the gasser in the background,  it doesn't get used anymore!
