OT: Cooking Ideas: Pork Loin Back Ribs

I picked these bad boys up for buy 1 get 1 free from the local market street last weekend for $10.  Any suggestions on how to cook them?

  • Those appear to be Back Ribs which is what Costco sells.  Do a search for ribs and you will find lots of information on how to cook them.  Generally low and slow, about 5 hours @275 indirect.  Not sure why you posted this as off topic, it's right on the money!  Have fun and enjoy.  Cheers!

Toothpick test for the win however you get to the finish-line.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
  • Thanks for all the advice.   I am about to fire this bad boy up for a low and slow run.  Pictures to follow..
