Saturday evening steak, potatoes and mushrooms.

Bone-in ribeye with garlic-herb butter, roasted potatoes and mushrooms...oh and a simple salad too. Nothing fancy with the steak, just seared at 500 to internal of 128. Why 128? No reason, I just turned them once and then took off at 128 cause it seemed like a good temp to me. And yes, I like ketchup with my steak and taters.

You know it! I like my breakfast. I took the leftover potatoes, chopped them up a little more fine and sautéed them with some peppers and onions for a quick hash to go with the steak and eggs. I managed to finish off my steak last night, but my wife had some left for this morning.
