I haven't visited or posted here in ages, but I fired up my Egg over Memorial Day weekend and made killer ribs.  It made me realize that I learned to make ribs from this forum (or its predecessor, really), and I wanted to say thanks to all long time posters who keep this thing going & useful.  Hat tip, folks. Hey, Celeste! Been a LONG time! Don't be such a stranger! Still baking bread? Still in Louisiana?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
