    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Dont get frustrated at first by the Egg. It’s a classic car, not a Hyundai. When you get it figured out it’ll change your cooking experience. 
    My first 2 racks of ribs in the BGE turned out better than the untold amount of ribs I’ve ruined before on a cheap offset smoker.   B)
