Wings two ways on the mini wsm

Good afternoon all! I decided to drag out my homemade mini weber smokey mountain made from a smokey joe silver. Doing wings two ways on it today. The reddish tint wings are blues hog rub, the more tan/brown wings are a combo of habanero death dust and some quaker steak n lube chipotle bbq seasoning.

Also drinking the beer of champions. 

I filled the basket with kingsford blue bag and two decent chunks of apple wood and used a starter cube in one corner to get the party started. 

Next came the two levels of wings. Hot on the bottom so the drippings dont get on the blues hog wings and destroy my wife. Then i put the lid on and dialed it in at 275.

    So. I naIled it. Used my favorite sauce on the blues hog wings, which is one jar each blues hog original and one tennessee red mixed together. Thank me later. Bottom wings got lily q spicy sauce 


    Let me tell you, they rocked the house. The habanero death dust ones rocked my face but I persevered. The natural light in massive quantities helped out.

    If noone knows what a mini wsm is, i took a smokey joe silver and added a tamale pot and a few racks. The thermometer on the side reads like 85-100 degrees low. But it puts out some good bbq

    Looks great man.
    I need to open my Hab Death Dust from the freezer.
    Perfect use would be wangs on the WSM.
    I like the 50/50 BH/TR blend too.
