First time Smobot Ribs

I got my Smobot in the mail this week and decided to try it out with some ribs. The controller was very easy to set up and the overall cook was significantly easier. I did a 3-2-1 method with Honey hog rub. The ribs turned out great and the ability to check and set the temp remotely was a great benefit.  I definitely recommend the Smobot!

    Thanks!  I'll be doing a rack of babybacks tomorrow with my new SMOBOT.  I haven't been able to link mine to my wifi yet (still futzing) but it will control the damper unattended; looks like you cooked yours at about 240?
