Dizzy Pig "Mad Max" turkey and chorizo smash burgers

We had some Mad Max seasoning left over from Christmas, so used it to make some turkey and chorizo smash burgers. Turned out very well, garnished with pea shoots and smoked red Leicester cheese. Full details in the link below:

    @YEMTrey I think a small amount of Chorizo can make a great flavour binder. DP have run out of Mad Max, so if you haven't got any left, it's a long wait until September ... unless you can beg/borrow/nick some from a fellow Egger. :D
