Steak, potatoes, and corn; mother’s day 2018

Simple meal for mother’s Day that turned out really well, thanks for looking. Souse vide the steak until 128 then did a quick sear on the egg. Potatoes on a cast iron skillet on the egg while the steaks were resting. Red Eye Express on the Rib Eye and Holy Cow on the strip. Both turned out excellent
